There is also a billboard on the property but this will be surveyed out and the lease will not pass with the sale.
Whether it is used as a business or a rental, this could be a good buy.

The best deal in my opinion of the sold listings this week was a 3268 SF 5 bedroom 3 bath house on 1.33 acres in the city limits of Seneca.
It sold for $136,000 after being on the market for 452 days. Originally hit the market at $168,000.
Located in the 29678 Zip Code and the Blue Ridge Elementary, Seneca Middle, Seneca High school district per MLS.
Home was built in 1942 but because the buyer used a FHA mortgage, you know it was not too bad. Unique Victorian home with many one of a kind features.
Stone and vinyl exterior. Appears there is a basement but listing doesn't say if it full or partial, finished or unfinished.
Having complete details can help a home sell faster and this home took 452 days to sell...
No garage or carport but plenty of parking. Composition single and metal roof. Natural gas and central AC. Public water and sewer.
Carpet, ceramic tile and hardwood floors. Some 9 foot ceilings. 2 story foyer. Fireplace. Large front porch.
Appears to be in decent shape and huge home on a big lot for the price. It is a shame the details and pictures did not do this home justice.
